Prof. Dr. Karl Meinzer working on the development of the AMSAT P3-D satellite at the University of Marburg. AMSAT is a global organization of scientists and radio amateurs that develop and build small satellites cost-effectively as a research platform. Located in the background is the model of a satellite, which flew on the Ariane 507 rocket in 2000.
